Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks.
- Ensure reliable, secure, and optimized network performance.
- Implement and manage security protocols to protect data, systems, and networks from unauthorized access, threats, or breaches.
- Provide support for software and hardware issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Install and update software, ensure licensing compliance.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems in a timely manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT administration, network management, or related roles.
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Unix systems, cloud services, and virtualization technologies.
- Familiarity with networking technologies (LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, routers, switches).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protection regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
