Job Purpose
- SCM and Commercial Process, Systems, Compliance
- Responsible for ensuring Audit compliance (Internal and External)
- Special Projects (Savings, Digitalization, Fund Management, Training and Excellence)
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
- Design SCM Policy, DOA, Supplier code of conduct and Commercial processes framework development, execution, training and governance
- Developing blueprint, system enhancements, testing & execution and governance of ERP processes and non-ERP systems
- Build, design, improve, SAP (S4H), Ariba modules, non-ERP Digital and E-Supply Chain Tools including ITCMS, COSMOS, Scrap Module, CPOS, etc.
- Commercial Audits for Internal/External– (i.e. Statutory Audit facilitation, ICFR, RPT)
- Drive transformation projects in Commercial function around people, processes and systems
- Drive Internal Opex and Capex Annual Savings program in SCM function
- Monthly fund management for vendor payments for effective cash flow governance

- Designing of Commercial processes
- ERP & non-ERP Migrations and Enhancements
- Knowledge/Understanding of various systems/portals such as SAP, Ariba
- Communication and stakeholder management skills
- Work with Speed, Agility, Passion and Dedication
- Compliance related to Process and policies
- Knowledge of new age technologies like AI/ML/Web 3.0 and adoption in Commercial function
Must have technical / professional qualifications
- MBA in Supply chain/Finance
- Experience in SCM/Commercial function is preferred
