Job Description:
We are looking for a Franchise Sales Executive who will be responsible for identifying potential franchise partners, pitching the franchise opportunity, and managing the franchise sales process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a keen interest in business development, and a passion for sales. Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential franchise partners.
- Present the TSF Variety Mega Mall franchise model to prospective franchisees through meetings, presentations, and events.
- Guide potential franchisees through the onboarding process, including explaining investment requirements, franchise agreements, and operational support.
- Achieve franchise sales targets as set by the management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure franchisees are set up for success.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential franchise partners and manage relationships with prospects.
- Assist in organizing franchise expos and other promotional events.
- Bachelor's degree (graduation year between 2019 and 2024). Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Sales-driven and goal-oriented.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with prospective franchisees.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Previous sales or franchise development experience is a plus but not mandatory.
