Customer Relationship Executive
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided database
- provide information about products and services.
- persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service.
- generate lead and follow up on them.
- keep accurate records of calls made and outcomes achieved.
- meet or exceed daily and monthly targets.
- excellent English communication skill, both verbal and written.
- proven experience as a customer service or similar customer service role.
- strong work ethics and self motivated.
- proficiency in basic computer application such as ms office.
- high school diploma or equivalent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
Experience:
- total work: 1 year (Required)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
