About the Organisation: CINI is a 50 years old non-profit, non-government organisation (NGO) registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 in India. Over more than five decades, we have been partnering with central and state government, national and international donors, non-government organisations and local communities to strengthen the capacity of deprived children and women to improve their health, nutrition, education and protection conditions. Experience:
At-least 3 years of working in the community with any grassroots level organizations
Experience of working in child protection program
Preference to candidates having the experience of working closely with government system
Documentation and Communication skills in Hindi
Community Mobilization and rapport building skills
Working knowledge on community issues, Child Protection, acts and child friendly policies
Experience in working with children and scheme linkages.
Experience of working with individual cases of children for case work
Proven liasoning and knowledge of the government services, departments and schemes for case linkages
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree (Masters preferred) in public health, demography, statistics, social sciences, economics, international development, or related field or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 5 years progressive responsibility with developmental organizations and experience in MEL for development programs, including developing performance management plans, developing indicators and targets, conducting evaluations, and reporting on project activities.

Facilitate these meetings on a monthly basis
Roll out the action plans developed in these meetings
Child tracking, linking and follow ups
CNCP identification and planning intervention per child with CBOs
Conduct baseline, follow-ups and tracking
Mobilizing communities for meetings and follow ups
Strengthening the convergent forums on issues of children protection and disability
(b) Gram Sabha Sensitization on CP
Attending Gram Sabha/Aam Sabha meetings for sensitizing people on CP
Addressing parenting issues.
Exploring provisions for developing child budget for child protection at gram sabha/panchayat level
