About the Organisation Navjyoti India Foundation is a not-for-profit society, registered in 1988 by then 16 serving police officers of Delhi Police and conceived by Dr Kiran Bedi, the first Indian woman IPS, and her team of North district police, with the main objective of crime prevention through welfare policing. Job Description: Coordinator – Community Services Position: Full-Time Minimum Qualifications: M.B.A in Finance Experience- 1 to 2 years Location- Naya Gaon, Sohna Block, Gurugram, Haryana Salary- INR 432000 per annum Date of Joining- Immediate The Coordinator – Community Services will manage a range of responsibilities essential for community engagement and the successful execution of programs. This role includes facilitating the availability of project teams and coordinating logistics to ensure smooth program implementation. Ensuring the timely procurement of materials by Purchase Policy guidelines is crucial for effective resource management. Additionally, the Coordinator will organize and supervise community events at specified venues to ensure meaningful community interaction. Financial resource management will involve the strategic allocation and utilization of funds to achieve project objectives efficiently. Key Responsibilities: · Facilitate project team availability and logistics coordination to ensure seamless execution of various programs. · Timely purchases and procurement of materials by obtaining requirements and quotations as per the Purchase Policy. · Implementation of innovative and sustainable projects · Organizing and overseeing community events, ensuring seamless execution at designated venues. · Financial resource management involves strategic allocation and fund utilization for project objectives. · Manage and oversee innovative initiatives and special projects to address community needs effectively. · Ensure cleanliness, security, and safety of the facilities, machineries and equipment.
