The Project Coordinator will oversee various project tasks, including documentation, wireframing, SRS preparation, client interaction, and team coordination. This role demands excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation.
Develop wireframes to guide developers, other employees and stakeholders.
Create Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) aligned with client expectations.
Schedule and participate in client meetings to discuss project scope, progress, and follow up on action items.
Gather and define project requirements, ensuring clear understanding of client needs.
Coordinate communication between business teams, developers, and other stakeholders.
Track tasks, deadlines, and milestones to ensure timely delivery.
Prepare and present regular project status reports, highlighting achievements, risks, and issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project).
