Qualifications and desirable skills
A post-graduate degree with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience, or possess a graduate degree with 6-7 years of experience in disciplines such as Sociology, Social Anthropology, Social Science, Natural Resources Management, and related fields.
Experience in working with local communities, as well as managing human-wildlife conflict, preferably within an NGO or similar organization, is highly desirable.
Knowledge of social science research techniques including quantitative & qualitative surveys, micro plans and PRA tools.

Broad responsibilities include
- Implement all project related activities assigned, as per the Work Plan/Project Implementation Plan of project.
- Responsible for socio-economic assessment and micro plan preparations of the beneficiary village
- Liaise with relevant government line departments, and other agencies as required.
- Report periodically about work progress, through compiled monthly reports, and communicate to concerned line
- Responsible for generating all field reports, photographic documentation, submission of data sheets etc., as per the
