We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chinese Chef to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing authentic Chinese dishes, managing kitchen operations, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. Culinary Expertise: 1. Prepare authentic Chinese dishes, including stir-fries, steaming, braising, and roasting. 2. Develop new recipes and menus to showcase Chinese cuisine. 3. Ensure consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation. Kitchen Management: 1. Supervise and train junior chefs and kitchen staff. 2. Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and storage. 3. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month Benefits:
