Job Summary: OM SAI Services, a leading service provider of HVAC AC and MEP solutions and a trusted business partner of Voltas, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for HVAC AC and MEP products and services. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.Responsibilities:Identify and prospect potential customers in the target market segments to generate new business opportunities for HVAC AC and MEP products and services.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication, meetings, and presentations.Understand client requirements, assess their needs, and recommend suitable HVAC AC and MEP solutions to meet their specific requirements.Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients, negotiate terms and conditions, and close sales deals in a timely manner.Collaborate with internal teams, including technical and operations departments, to ensure smooth execution of sales orders and timely delivery of products and services to clients.Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and maintain a competitive edge.Meet or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and other performance metrics as defined by the company.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM software or other tracking tools.Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the management team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.Represent OM SAI Services at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our brand and expand our market presence.Uphold the company's values, ethics, and standards of professionalism in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and partners.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the HVAC, MEP, or related industry.Strong understanding of HVAC AC and MEP products, services, and solutions, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and customer-centric approach to sales.Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and CRM software.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.This job description outlines the key responsibilities, qualifications, and requirements for the position of Sales Executive at OM SAI Services.
