Air Conditioning Material Handler
Job Description: Air Conditioning Materials Handler
Location: New Patliputra Colony
Salary Range: 15,000 - 20,000 per annum
Job Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Air Conditioning Materials Handler to oversee the efficient handling and management of materials related to air conditioning projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of materials, including receipt dates, names, quantities, and ensuring proper voucher entries.
Responsibilities:
Receive incoming materials related to air conditioning projects and verify their accuracy against purchase orders.
Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to prevent damage or loss. Maintain detailed records of all received materials, including material name, quantity, and receipt date. Organize materials in designated storage areas for easy access and inventory management. Collaborate with procurement and project teams to reconcile discrepancies in received materials. Prepare and submit accurate voucher entries for all received materials in a timely manner. Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to the procurement team .Maintain cleanliness and organization of the materials storage area. Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures while handling materials.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in materials management is a plus. Proven experience as a materials handler or similar role, preferably in the HVAC or air conditioning industry. Familiarity with handling HVAC materials such as compressors, condensers, coils, and refrigerants is advantageous. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift heavy objects and operate material handling equipment safely. Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office Suite) and inventory management software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment. Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to materials handling.
