Public Area Attendant
Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel’s public spaces, such as lobbies, restrooms, corridors, and other common areas. This role ensures that guests experience a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout their stay.Clean and sanitize public areas including lobbies, restrooms, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and other common spaces.Perform regular cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.Restock and maintain supplies in restrooms, including toilet paper, soap, and hand towels.Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with any inquiries or requests related to public areas.
