Job Description: We seek a Public Relations & Communications Associate to organize and oversee PR activities and ensure effective communication with stakeholders, media, and the public. As a Public Relations & Communications Associate, you should be an organized and cool-tempered professional who can handle a crisis. Job Description: We seek a Public Relations & Communications Associate to organize and oversee PR activities and ensure effective communication with stakeholders, media, and the public. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop PR campaigns and media relations strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and maintain open communication with senior management.
- Edit and update promotional material and publications (brochures, videos, social media posts, etc.)
- Prepare and distribute press releases.
- Organize PR events and serve as the organization’s spokesperson.
- Address inquiries from guests, parents, students, employees, media, and other parties. Provide focused and high-quality customer care at all times.
- Track media coverage and follow industry trends.
- Prepare and submit PR reports.
- Manage PR issues.
- Undertake regular and timely follow-ups to all inquiries, visits, and requests to meet minimum response time.
- Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer or similar PR role.
- Experience managing media relations (online, broadcast, and print).
- Background in researching, writing, and editing publications.
- Proficient in MS Office and social media.
- Strong communication ability (oral and written)
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Creativity and problem-solving aptitude.
- Bachelors/Masters in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, Social Work, Marketing, or a related field.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
