Talent Sourcing Specialist | MAF Global Solutions | Human Capital
ROLE SUMMARY
The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for conducting sourcing activities that involve identifying talent from multiple sources focused on specific talent segments. This role will involve creating talent maps, full utilization of our Applicant Tracking System to maintain data, build networks, and execute online hiring campaigns. Talent Sourcing Specialists will collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Business Partners to support ongoing talent searches across multiple levels and geographies.
ROLE PROFILE
Talent Identification: Identify and deliver high quality candidates by utilizing strategic sourcing and pipelining methodologies, external networks, professional organizations, social media, online branding initiatives, and technology tools in support of strategic business objectives.
Talent Mapping: Create talent maps to identify top talent within targeted industries and regions.
ATS Utilization: Effectively utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – to manage candidate data, track sourcing efforts, and build talent networks as well generate potential talent leads and match to open requisitions. Regularly update candidate profiles and networks to ensure that the information stored is accurate, up to date.
Collaboration: Work closely with Talent Acquisition Business Partners (TA BPs) to understand the business talent requirements and support ongoing talent searches as well as long term hiring.
Strategic Sourcing: working with the Sourcing Lead, develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with the organization's talent needs and workforce plan
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor talent pools, and emerging sourcing techniques to maintain a competitive advantage. Build Talent Intelligence for the organization to support strategic talent decisions
Data Analysis: Analyse sourcing metrics and provide reports to the Sourcing Lead and Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence (TA COE) to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing efforts.
Balance deadlines and deliverables for multiple requisitions, ensuring SLAs are met to ensuring an optimized hiring process and candidate experience.
REQUIREMENTS
3-5 Proven years of experience in talent sourcing, ideally in a shared service or corporate environment
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and channels
Excellent research and data analysis skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
