Director of Human Capital, Egypt | MAF Global Solutions | Human Capital
ROLE SUMMARY
The position is mainly responsible to provide Human Capital leadership and expertise to the Global Solutions Business Unit on the company’s Human Capital strategies, policies, processes, and procedures and ensuring that the highest level of Human Capital support is provided to management and employees in the most transparent, cost effective and timely manner in line with overall Majid Al Futtaim Global Solutions objectives.
ROLE PROFILE
Strategic planning in partnership with the Senior Vice President for Global Solutions and the Head of Human Capital Delivery, by analyzing business needs and market dynamics to create a roadmap aligning with Majid Al Futtaim's people strategy.
Provide functional leadership and expertise on Human Capital strategies, translating business objectives into strategic initiatives and actions that comply with the Majid Al Futtaim Global Solutions People Strategy.
Support the Global Solutions leadership team in identifying and building organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes to meet business objectives.
Manage the annual workforce planning and budgeting exercise for Global Solutions, providing support to all functional heads and ensuring staffing requirements are met for business continuity and growth.
Guiding Global Solutions leadership to understand external environment changes that could impact the organization and workforce trends, including compensation and benefits structure.
Driving a talent to value culture in Global Solutions, ensuring the attraction, development, and deployment of top talent.
Leading operational excellence by managing Human Capital operations and employee services on a Global Solutions level, ensuring adherence to Human Capital budgets and company’s Code of Conduct and Human Capital Policies.
Coach, manage, and mentor the Human Capital team, identifying potential talent and supporting professional development.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in business administration / HR or equivalent.
Human Resource Qualifications or master’s degree preferred.
Human Resource Qualifications or master’s degree preferred.
15 years progressive experience in managing all HR disciplines in a shared services multinational company. minimum 3+ years in a leadership position.
