JOB TITLE
Senior Accountant | MAF Global Solutions | Finance
ROLE SUMMARY
This position is based in Majid Al Futtaim Global Solutions. The position will be responsible for diversified accounting portfolio, Invoicing, review tax portal, Post General Ledger transactions, Balance Sheet schedules for assigned accounts.

ROLE SUMMARY
This position is based in Majid Al Futtaim Global Solutions. The position will be responsible for diversified accounting portfolio, Invoicing, review tax portal, Post General Ledger transactions, Balance Sheet schedules for assigned accounts.
ROLE PROFILE
- Complete day-to-day recording of transactions for assigned companies in compliance with IFRS, tax law and country specific regulations.
- Review tax portal Accounts Payable invoices on daily basis, accept / reject invoices.
- Create sales, recharges invoices & upload invoices to tax portal.
- Prepare monthly intercompany reconciliations and bank reconciliations.
- Review & reconcile corporate cards, GRD expenses & employee’s reimbursements.
- Maintain quality accounting records and supporting documents for all work.
- Make accounting records available for review, on a timely basis, by entities, internal auditors, external auditors and other stakeholders, as required.
- Ensure you are always up to date with IFRS, tax laws and country accounting regulations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Commerce.
- CMA / IFRS qualified or near qualification.
- 3-4 years’ experience in a multinational organization.
- Additional experience working in the General Ledger function of a Finance Department will be an added advantage.
- Advance MS Excel, Word and Power Point skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills - Fluent English.
