Job Description: Full Time Executive Search and Talent Advisory Consultant at Crossings People
The Executive Search Consultant is responsible within Crossings People for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting M&A and Investment top talent for executive-level positions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the (executive) search process, as well as a proven track record of success in recruiting high-level candidates. Responsibilities:
Identify and source potential candidates for (executive-level) positions
Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews
Develop and execute search strategies
Maintain and develop the candidate and contact database in working with the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Provide support and guidance to clients throughout the hiring process
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field
3-6 years of experience in recruitment, executive search or a related field
Strong understanding of the sourcing, recruitment and executive search process
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a general understanding of an ATS
The payment of this position will be through upwork, the leading platform for freelancers, and will be based mainly on a provision basis.
