Job Responsibilities:
- Review all the tasks handled by ER Specialists.
- Tracking team response on communication emails.
- Managing employee complaints.
- Overseeing employee orientation.
- Liaising between employees and management.
- Reviewing and analyzing employee data.
- Auditing the employee's files.
- Ensure updated and accurate employee database.
- Support HR management with all needed documents regarding employees documents.
- Ensure that employee hiring process is completed on time (contracts, medical and social insurance)
- Auditing Medical insurance waves.
- Audit and review all resigned employees’ data to make sure that the benefits are deactivated.
- Review & send attendance transactions “in, out & current leaves balance” to employees in all sites.
- Update leaves, business meeting & excuses
- Plan & review employees’ contract renewal process for the whole company.
- Review all legal documents before communicating with Governmental institutions.
- Regular audit for accounts updates (Orientations, database, resignations, social, medical and bank status.
- Overseeing employee orientation.
- Participating and auditing hiring &resignation processes.
- Handle investigation requests, take the proper action according to Company’s Policy “with Junior Level employees
- Support in conducting exit interviews for departing employees to ensure that valid reasons are captured through the process.
- Handle all Headcount End to End.
- Ensure that all employee’s documents and files are maintained in accordance with legal rules and company policies.
- Prepare forms 1,2&6 and manage all activities related to the social insurance office.
- Responsible for the premium invoice, corporate line and life insurance cycle.
- Follow up and audit the headsets reports weekly to ensure the deducted and refunded amount reflects on the invoice as well as HC PCs also and handle any issues related.
- Make sure that the team keeps company values and follows all policies and procedures.
- Maintaining good relations between the team and other related departments (Training, Operations, facilities &Recruitment.
- Following COPC ER process.
- Makes recommendations for successful resolution of personnel.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in ER 2 years minimum.
- Level of English: Intermediate Level.
- Team spirit and coordination.
- Knowledge of the methods and procedures used in collecting analyzing, and reporting data.
- Full awareness of recruitment techniques.
Resolution and Excellent Interviewing Skills.
- Excellent knowledge of recruitment sourcing.
- Excellent communication (team spirit, good listener, talkative, commitment)
