- Develop and implement the IT strategy in alignment with the organization's goals.
- Oversee IT operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality support and services.
- Manage the IT budget and allocate resources effectively.
- Lead and mentor the IT team to enhance performance and facilitate professional growth.
- Ensure the security and integrity of the organization's data and IT infrastructure.
- Communicate and collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong background in retail industry it's a MUST.
- 7+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, including previous management experience.
- In-depth knowledge of IT systems, software, and infrastructure.
- Strong strategic planning and budgeting skills.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience in setting and managing security protocols and disaster recovery plans.
