We are hiring HR Director, In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for directing all HR activities and ensuring that HR operations align with our strategic business objectives. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies that drive business success and employee satisfaction
Lead and manage the HR department, providing coaching, mentorship, and guidance to HR professionals
Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes to ensure the acquisition of top talent
Design and manage performance management systems to assess and enhance employee performance
Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and best HR practices
Administer compensation and benefits plans, ensuring competitiveness and compliance
Foster a positive company culture by promoting employee engagement initiatives
Manage employee relations issues and develop solutions to workplace conflicts
Utilize HR metrics to analyze workforce trends and make data-driven decisions
Work closely with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational goals
Requirements
Proven experience as an HR Director or in a senior HR management role
Strong background in retail industry it's a MUST.
Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with business goals
Data-driven mindset and proficiency in using HR metrics
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; master's degree is preferred
Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR are a plus
