Director of Engineering
Requirements
Pay: E£20,000.00 - E£30,000.00 per month
- Bachelor's degree in civil or construction management engineering from a reputable university.
- 12-20 years of relevant experience in facility management in residential and commercial facilities.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as Engineering Manager / Director (MEP Scope).
- Hands-on Experience in the Maintenance and Operation of Civil Works.
- Excellent analytical skills for evaluating information carefully and solving complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills for overseeing staff and working with other management personnel.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to catch minor errors which can result in major problems.
- Excellent Math skills, including calculus and other advanced mathematics.
- Excellent organizational skills for keeping track of various budgets, employees, and schedules simultaneously.
- Relevant training and/or certifications as an Engineering Manager.Prepare yearly Budget & Cost Summary for all mechanical systems under Mall Management Scope.
- Apply RCM for the mall's existing mechanical systems for Enhancement and development to achieve cost reduction & quality improvement.
- Manage inspections at the site for final handing over of mechanical Systems according to the proper handover procedures.
- Drive the Operation & Maintenance of the mall MEP systems with prevailing standards/ quality systems in the most efficient, timely, and cost-effective manner.
- Monitor the Operation & Maintenance of MEP systems at the mall stations which include: District Cooling Plant (DCP) - Sewage Pump Station (SPS) - Water Pump Stations (WPS) - Irrigation Pump Stations (IPS) - Electrical Substation (ESS).
- Manage the Operation & Maintenance work for mall MEP infrastructure systems which include: Chilled water Network - Domestic Water Network - Irrigation & firefighting Network - Sewage Network - Rain Water Network - mall water features - Medium voltage infrastructure - Low voltage infrastructure - Transformers & Switch gears - Utilities Billing cycles management.
Pay: E£20,000.00 - E£30,000.00 per month
