Stay abreast of international trade regulations and compliance requirements. Ensure that trade and payment systems adhere to relevant laws and industry standards.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to integrate trade and payment systems with other financial and operational systems.
Assess and manage risks associated with international trade and payments. Implement measures to enhance security and mitigate potential risks.
Provide technical support for international trade and payment systems, resolving issues and ensuring system availability.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Work with vendors and third-party providers to evaluate, select, and integrate trade and payment solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and IT, to ensure seamless operations and compliance.
Develop and maintain incident response plans to address security incidents or system outages promptly. Investigate and resolve technical issues and security breaches.
Implement and maintain data backup and disaster recovery plans to ensure the availability and integrity of payment solutions in case of unexpected events.
Continuously analyse system performance and implement improvements to enhance the speed and responsiveness of payment solutions.
Collaborate with third-party vendors and technology partners to manage service agreements, contracts, and support relationships related to payment solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
Minimum 2 - 5 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in Payment system operations and support and associated technologies.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, including threat detection and prevention, as well as data protection and encryption.
Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly.
A keen eye for detail to ensure Solutions accuracy and security.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with other IT professionals, vendors, and non-technical stakeholders.
The ability to adapt to evolving technology trends and stay updated on Payment industry developments.
