Administer and maintain Active Directory (AD) services, including user account management, group policy configuration, and domain trust relationships.
Manage DNS (Domain Name System) and DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) services to ensure proper network naming and IP address allocation.
Manage directory services, including LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol), ensuring the efficient storage and retrieval of network resource information.
Design and maintain a structured and secure directory schema for optimal data organization.
Implement and manage authentication mechanisms, ensuring secure and efficient user access to network resources.
Define and enforce access controls, permissions, and security policies within the domain.
Optimize domain and directory infrastructure for scalability, reliability, and performance.
Monitor system performance, conduct regular assessments, and implement optimization strategies.
Troubleshoot domain and directory-related issues, diagnose problems and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
Respond to and resolve user access and authentication requests.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of domain and directory configurations, procedures, and best practices.
Ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field from a reputable university.
Minimum 2- 3 years of relevant experience.
Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, Comp TIA Network+) are advantageous.
Experience in domain and directory services administration, with a strong understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and LDAP.
Certifications MCSA, Comp TIA Security+ Familiarity with email security measures, encryption, and anti-phishing techniques. Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
