Design and implement secure identity and access management controls.
Ensure least privilege access principles are applied to systems and services.
creating a secure and efficient development and deployment pipeline, By integrating security into every phase of the software development lifecycle.
build robust and resilient systems while maintaining agility and speed in the development process.
Implement security controls to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Participate in audits and assessments to verify compliance.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to embed security into the development process.
Participate in Agile/Dev Ops to integrate security requirements seamlessly.
Document security procedures, guidelines, and best practices.
Create and maintain documentation for security controls implemented in the Dev Ops environment.
Manage and perform upgrades of all the above components.
Ensure that the system is up to date with the latest patches and security updates.
Troubleshoot issues related to the above technologies that might affect IT admins or Bank Users.
Provide support to users encountering problems with the above technologies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Information Technology, or a related field from a reputable university.
Minimum 3- 5 years of relevant experience.
Proven experience as an IT Security Operations Specialist or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Security technologies, Defense in Depth & Zero Trust practices including IPS/IDS, Firewall Management, End Points & Applications Security
Familiarity with security frameworks, compliance standards, and best practices (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS).
Understanding of cybersecurity principles, concepts, and best practice
Knowledge of encryption algorithms and cryptographic protocol o Understanding of various OS windows, Linux,..
Capacity to troubleshoot security incidents and implement effective solutions. o Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Power Shell) to automate security processes and integrate security into CI/CD pipelines.
In-depth knowledge of Dev Ops principles and practices, as well as experience with K8 orchestration platforms such as Open Shift.
