Key Responsibilities:
Lead and facilitate effective coordination among internal and external stakeholders, including project teams, regulatory bodies, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.
Establish and maintain robust communication channels to enable efficient information flow, decision-making, and issue resolution among stakeholders involved in rail and metro projects.
Drive the development and implementation of coordination plans, strategies, and workflows to enhance project integration and mitigate potential conflicts or delays.
Monitor project progress, milestones, and dependencies to identify coordination challenges and proactively address them through effective cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project coordination and management within the rail and metro industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex coordination challenges across diverse stakeholder groups.
Demonstrated expertise in fostering collaboration, communication, and alignment among multidisciplinary teams and external partners involved in rail and metro projects.
