CONTRACT

Interface and Integration Manager

Core Functions-Tasks / Key Results Expected

Identify variations from standards and codes, notifying the manager.
Gather, manage input data for the coordination team.
Produce, update, optimize design documentation within the specific scope.
Ensure design compliance with standards, client requirements, suppliers' data, and schedule constraints.
Provide data required by departments and construction site until final documentation and FTO signing.
Monitor design process for client/consultant approval, giving technical feedback.
Participate in meetings, produce as-built drawings, engage in FAT and quality controls.
Conduct site visits, inspect activities, ensure equipment properties, and participate in material and test inspections.
Update interfaces matrix, work on interface sheets, draft interfaces, and attend meetings.
Analyze, track client requirements, propose compliant designs and report to the manager.

Qualifications/Experience required

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Masters/MBA or PMP is a plus.

Experience:

Excellent networking and facilitation skills;
Excellent communication skills and able to relate to business context and capability development and network agenda;
Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills;
Deals comfortably with extremely confidential and sensitive information

Language Requirements:

Arabic & English is a must, French is a plus.
