As a part of our high-impact Talent & Organization / human potential team, you will help drive the following:
Challenges You Will Face:
Create and develop a Change Management plan aimed at driving the rapid adoption of new business processes and/or technology being implemented in a project.
Identify impacted audiences by the solution being implemented, assess the impact of the change on each, and propose mitigation actions.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, seeking to secure leaders' commitment to achieving project success.
Put people at the center by developing strategies to support them through the transformation of their organization.
Co-create with the client to develop training and communication materials (as outlined in the Change Management plan).
Implement adoption strategies to ensure the change occurs.
Lead your own team according to the project's scope.
Actively work as a mentor for other team members to assist them in their career development.
Job Qualifications:
University degree in Human Resources, Communication, Administration, or related fields.
10+ years of experience in Change Management.
Knowledge of training methodologies.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power Point.
Analytical skills and understanding of processes.
Experience in communication and human resources transformations.
Ability and enthusiasm to guide other team members, sharing best practices and your experience.
