BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Laboratory Technician - for an opportunity in San Jose, CA 95134 (Onsite)!

Position Title: Laboratory Technician

Location: San Jose (Onsite)

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: 6 Months contract

Pay Range: [$40hr] - [$40hr]

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Description:

Sets up, operates and maintains Iaboratory instruments, monitors experiment, makes observations, calculates and records results, and often develops conclusions.

The individual is familiar with basic scientific principles and has had some Laboratory experience.

Can follow written directions and maintain a Iaboratory notebook. Has good communication skills and is computer Iiterate. GMP, GLP, FDA, RCRA, and OSHA knowledge is a plus.

High school degree with 10 years experience, or associate's degree in engineering with lab equipment operation, maintenance is preferred. Reliability lab past experience working on humidity chamber, electrical bias setup, PCB board testing is a plus.
