Failure Analysis Laboratory Supervisor
Ensures an efficient and effective operation of the Failure Analysis Laboratory through the compliance of Quality System and regulatory bodies' requirements.
Responsibilities
-
Review complaint data and identify trends; escalate significant issues to QA management as needed.
- Collaborate with other internal groups to respond to product inquiries and issues
- Provide the FA Lab team with all the tools and equipment required to perform the decontamination of the returned product and complete investigations in a timely manner.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team that will strength people management skills.
- High level of exposure to local and out of the country teams. In this position there is the possibility to gain experience and knowledge related to Post Market Surveillance processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering or similar or a combination of equivalent job experience in related field.
- 2 years of experience leading teams.
- 2 years of related experience in complaints processing and/or investigation in the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceutical industry.
- Detailed oriented, results driven and a good communicator.
- Advanced English knowledge.
- Administrative shift, on site
