Principal duties and responsibilities:

Provide consulting support to solve for business problems in the space of Asset Performance management for the process industries mainly focused in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Chemical domain through Corrosion and Inspection or mechanical Integrity experience
Develop Point of Views (POVs) and Thought Capital around the recent and upcoming trends and technologies in the corrosion and inspection space
Should possess a team oriented and collaborative approach, and excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities
Should be comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and diverse consulting environment
Should be open to travel in and outside the country

Qualifications

Engineering Degree, preferably Metallurgy Engineer or Mechanical Engineer
API 571, 580 certified preferred not mandatory

Experience

4-10 years of experience in Corrosion and Inspection management with at least 2 years of core corrosion, inspection or maintenance experience
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Leading role. Consulting experience will be of advantage (though not mandatory)
Exposure to API, ASTM standards, Risk based Approach, Predictive and Preventative maintenance philosophies
Hands on experience in Integrity Management like recommendations, metallurgy upgrades, Inspection schedule review, Turnaround management etc
Experience in visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Qlick View etc. is an added advantage
Experience in MS-Excel, MS- Power Point, MS-Word is mandatory. Additional experience in VB Scripts, Macros will be preferred.

Other Key Competencies and Skills:

Hands on knowledge and experience of APM tools and techniques like Asset Life Cycle, Asset Criticality analysis, Risk Management framework especially Risk Based Inspections (RBI), Corrosion Management and Turnaround Inspections and Best Practices
Proficiency in Integrity management softwares such as Meridium, PCMS-E2G or any other IDMS
Good knowledge of corrosion and inspection strategies like Chemical Injections, metallurgy upgrade etc.
Develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis.
Develop methodologies for providing functional expertise after looking a client specific problem
Understands CML allocation, Construction drawings and inspection drawings
