Our Global Network | T&O team specializes in envisioning, designing, developing and deploying industry-specific custom learning solutions in areas of large business and workforce transformations, leadership capability development, corporate academies etc. that abide to the growing needs of mobility and technology usage. The Learning Technology team within Capability Network helps client select the right learning technology for their corporate learning requirements.
With over 250+ LMSs, 10+ Learning experience platforms, multitude of content providers and several innovative solutions coming to market at a rapid pace, it becomes overwhelming for clients to keep up-to-date, review, select and if required, implement the right learning technology ecosystem.
Learning technology team’s focus is to help clients navigate through this emerging and complex ecosystem of learning technology solutions, recommend the right solutions, implement the selected solutions to enable our clients ultimately to be become high performing businesses.
Principal duties and responsibilities:

Basis the brief provided on the business problem, review and understand client requirements around LMS and learning technology.

Support LMS selection process.

Support in updating Learning Processes in context of Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Design, build and configure proposed LMS solutions to meet client requirements (LMSs to consider: CSOD, Saba, other).

Integrate LMS with other typical systems such as HRIS / core HR in the learning ecosystem.

Integrate SCORM, AICC or 3rd party content into LMS.

Build understanding of internal Accenture tools and technologies on offer for clients that augment the LMS.

Configure / Support indicated Saa S solutions on all typical areas: notifications, translations, user management, reports and analytics, roles and permissions, org setup within LMS etc.

Create standard and custom reports within LMS.

Be up-to-date on information about LMSs, Lx Ps (Learning Experience Platforms) and other learning technology solutions such as Zoomi, Knewton etc.

Willing to cross-skill and learn new LMS and learning technologies
