Let’s build a better future together! This is a “tier 3” helpdesk role, which serves as an “Admin’s Admin” function; this role is critical to ensuring all client documentation, incident awareness/readiness, and knowledge management processes are executed consistently. Responsibilities:
Create and maintain process documentation & technical writing.
Escalation Resolution (including root cause analysis (“RCA”) in partnership with QA team.
Maintains organizational Process Management strategy.
Comms & Change Management (works w/SOS-Comm to enact).
Quarterly review of LMS Service Catalog & SLAs.
RTB Process Optimization.
Admin Training (works w/SOS-Content to enact).
Consulting and working with cross-functional teams
Manage technical documentation for stakeholders and internal team(s).
Meet with subject-matter experts to ensure specialized topics are appropriately addressed.
Communicate all key project plans, commitments, and changes including requirements, QA plans, schedule, and scope changes.
Manage risks and resolves issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality.
Communicate release details and schedules to the organization as required; Maintain the release schedule for all core services and ensure alignment across key partners.
Managing LMS Stage portal to ensure tester availability/access.
Job Qualifications
4+ years implementation experience
Core + Learning CSOD certification or equivalent experience
Consulting experience
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively across levels of the organization.
Superior attention to detail and quality.
Dedication, willingness, and flexibility to meet tight and/or changing deadlines.
Inquisitiveness and desire to learn new things to grow with company needs.
