We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Sourcing Manager to join our team:

Contract Type: Indefinite-term.
This role is responsible for leading strategic sourcing operations in Latin America for the assigned client, specifically in all Facilities Management Service lines. You will work closely with both Jones Lang La Salle (JLL) Sourcing and Facilities Management teams to drive long-term benefits for the client and the JLL global operation. you will also lead a work team within the purchasing area with 5 people (3 located in Costa Rica, 1 located in Mexico and 1 location in Brasil).
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute sourcing strategies for local and regional initiatives, ensuring the achievement of predefined objectives.
- Identify and manage field resources appropriately to support sourcing operations and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, overseeing administrative and operational activities and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Establish a Sourcing Management structure that contributes to and supports the best IFM operation model.
- Provide a consistent sourcing framework and platform for documenting procedures, programs, and technology, supporting account teams in design, development, and implementation.
- Bring functional expertise to account teams, proactively identifying and addressing opportunities for process and program improvements.
- Participate in IFM meetings as set by RE&F, engaging in operational, strategic, and best practice forums.
- Ensure all sourcing personnel assigned to the client account comply with pre-qualification requirements.
- Collaborate in the development and execution of the annual Strategic Plan, aligning sourcing priorities, execution timeline, and deliverables with established schedules.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement, preferably in the Facilities Management industry.
- Solid understanding of sourcing principles, best practices, and market dynamics.
- Proven track record in leading and executing successful sourcing initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage supplier relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational abilities to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and make strategic recommendations.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and sourcing software applications.
- Advanced English for communication with stakeholders.
- Portuguese is desirable.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
