The John Howard Society of Southeastern New Brunswick is looking for a dynamic professional who can shape and lead the Community Hub on Joyce.
The Community Hub Manager will be expected to influence and lead new initiatives, work collaboratively with Hub tenants, Community Space Renters, and other stakeholders in:
· Day-to-day operational management of the Community Hub, including marketing and sales of short and long-term leases of office space, intermittent bookings and scheduling of pay-per-use community meeting spaces and Class 4 Kitchen.
· Ensuring the physical environment is safe and well run.
· Developing, implementing, and ensuring adherence to strategy, policies, processes, procedures and best practices in Community Hub management and community development.
· Develop plans for engaging the local neighborhoods in activities within the building and the gardens.
· Actively promoting the activities and opportunities at the Community Hub via social and local media in collaboration with our Communications Manager.

• Ability to problem solve and find creative solutions.
• Proficiency with programs and applications including Microsoft 365, and Customer Relationship Management tools.
• Customer service experience
