Assistant Resident Manager Team (2-person) Sherbrooke
The Assistant Resident Manager Team plays a vital role in maintaining a smooth operation throughout the residential building. The primary responsibility is to ensure the cleanliness and minor maintenance of the building. Other duties will include customer service, fire prevention, personal safety, emergency response, leasing and related administrative tasks for the property.

Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning common areas of property (hallways, stairs, elevators).
- Minor maintenance repairs.
- Preparing apartments for new residents.
- Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents.
- Assisting with leasing suites.
