Administrative Assistant
Who we are:
Our purpose is to improve the health and well-being of our clients. Our goal is to reduce the pain and discomfort they are feeling. We support staff; we support our patients. A well established 40+ years, caring natural health clinic in Wetaskiwin, Alberta - located just 30 minutes south of Edmonton or west of Camrose.
What you provide:
A caring and calm personality that enhances our clients experience. A team perspective with an organized and methodical approach, plus looking for areas to improve. Confidentiality of client information.
Position:
Part-time, approximately 10 - 15 hours per week, typically Friday afternoons and Saturdays, with the possibility of adding an evening shift, at some time in the future.
Tasks:
Customer service - greetings, phone/emails, booking appointments
Administrative - payments, daily balancing, processing 3rd party payments, patient file maintenance, data entry
Computer - email, Microsoft and industry specific software
Office - laundry and light cleaning

Hourly pay range - $19 - $22, depending on experience
