Assist in preparing high-quality dishes that feature foraged and locally sourced ingredients from the sea, forest, and farm.
Participate in the foraging process to source wild ingredients essential to The Forager’s concept.
Collaborate creatively in menu development alongside Chef Jeremy, contributing to the culinary innovation that defines The Forager.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
Work with the team to deliver an exceptional dining experience that highlights the natural bounty of Newfoundland and Labrador.
Qualifications:
A genuine passion for cooking and working with locally sourced and foraged ingredients, particularly those from the sea, forest, and farm.
A strong interest in learning and developing culinary skills under the mentorship of Chef Jeremy.
Creativity and enthusiasm for experimenting with new flavors and techniques.
A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
