Support Worker
We are seeking Support Workers who are passionate about supporting others and providing person-centred care. Our Support Workers are compassionate, trustworthy, honest, reliable, flexible, adaptable, caring, patient, professional, courteous, pay attention to detail, and have excellent communication skills.
Job Description:
Our Support Workers are shift workers: from short shifts to overnight shifts. They support people who:
- live with disability
- are non-verbal
- have mental health issues
- have a range of behavioural concerns and needs
-
are living in short and medium-term assisted accommodation.
They help them with daily tasks, including:
- medication management
- personal care
- attending appointments, social outings, and other transportation needs.
