About the Role
Join our dedicated team as a Project Officer – Research Management System (RMS) at CALHN Research Services, where your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing our research capabilities. In this position, you will contribute to the planning, coordination, and timely deployment of innovative Research Management Systems, working closely with Research Services staff, Clinical Trial Researchers, and key stakeholders. Your insights and collaborative spirit will help ensure that our projects run smoothly and efficiently.
As a Project Officer, you will provide vital support for the day-to-day operations of the RMS project, engaging in implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement activities. You will coordinate essential site deployment efforts and prepare project documentation, reports, and briefing papers that guide our initiatives. About You
We are seeking a proactive and adaptable individual to join our team as a Project Officer. The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage conflict and negotiate effective solutions.
  • Experience in coordinating and supporting ICT projects in health, research, or government settings, including change management functions.
  • A strong capacity to work autonomously and as part of a team, effectively prioritising workloads and producing high-quality outcomes.
  • Knowledge of current information technology trends, including cloud computing and project management methodologies, with a knack for developing collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
