About the Casual Eligibility List
The Casual Eligibility List is open for eligible candidates to register an Expression of Interest (Eo I) for casual employment with the Office of Pro-Vice Chancellor, Student Success at Western Sydney University. The eligibility list enables the Office of Pro-Vice Chancellor, Student Success to access suitable and experienced individuals for casual employment opportunities across a broad range of business areas at short notice, subject to the following:
- You will be engaged as and when required, and on an ad hoc and/or intermittent basis. The University does not guarantee the provision of ongoing or regular employment, and makes no firm advance commitment to continuing or indefinite work.
Your application is not a guarantee that an offer of casual employment will be made.
You will only be contacted regarding your application if an opportunity arises that matches your skills and experience.

The Opportunity
The Office of Pro-Vice Chancellor, Student Success are seeking highly motivated, adaptable individuals with a wide range of expertise and transferable skill sets to work collaboratively to deliver exceptional results in a dynamic environment. You will work collaboratively with the team to achieve project objectives and provide support across various areas of the business.
Eligibility
To be eligible for casual employment, applicants must meet the below criteria:
- Relevant undergraduate/ postgraduate qualification in a relevant field. (occupational therapy, psychology, education, social sciences).
- Relevant industrial and/or commercial experience in one or more of the relevant areas.
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication to tailor to various stakeholders throughout the University.
- Is proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
- High-level diagnostic skills on sophisticated systems.
- Has well-developed organisational skills including the ability to manage competing priorities whilst delivering a very high standard of work.
