The Podiatrist - High Risk Foot Clinic is responsible for providing a quality specialised multidisciplinary high risk foot service to a diverse and complex caseload involving clients with diabetes and high risk feet.

Essential Requirements
- Qualification: Podiatry
- Registration: Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, AHPRA, as a Podiatrist
Selection Criteria
- Tertiary qualification in the relevant discipline, eligibility for membership of an appropriate professional association in the discipline, and knowledge, skills and experience to meet the requirements of the NSW Health Professionals Award Level 4; and hold a Licence to drive in NSW and ability to drive occasionally for work purposes.
- Demonstrated expert clinical knowledge and postgraduate experience in the management of high risk foot pathology (including ulceration, infection, neuroarthropathy, and post-amputation management).
- Demonstrated highly proficient written, verbal, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Extensive specialist or broad generalist knowledge, clinical proficiency and ability to work collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team, taking leadership in clinical decision making.
- Ability to effectively prioritise and organise own work / caseload.
- Demonstrated commitment to evidence based practice.
- Demonstrated experience in leading ongoing quality improvement activities and a knowledge of the research process.
- Demonstrated high level problem solving and project management skills.
