What you'll be doing
As the Clinical Support Officer you will support the ward/unit's daily operations with a blend of administrative and data entry tasks. Collaborate closely with healthcare staff to ensure smooth service delivery and accurate record-keeping.

Provide administrative support to nurses, midwives, and medical staff.
Manage data entry and reporting for ward/unit rosters.
Maintain records for staff registrations and assist with patient care documentation.
Perform general administrative tasks related to ward/unit meetings.
Adapt to a dynamic environment and balance competing demands.

Selection Criteria:

Holds or is willing to obtain a Certificate III in Health Administration or equivalent.

Excellent communication skills including accurate spelling, comprehension, and spoken word with the ability to deal confidently and courteously with people at all levels.

Demonstrated experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products and Pro Act rostering system.

Ability to work under broad supervision and to undertake a diverse range of tasks as an effective member of a team in a high pressure, high volume work environment.
