What you'll be doing
As the Clinical Support Officer you will support the ward/unit's daily operations with a blend of administrative and data entry tasks. Collaborate closely with healthcare staff to ensure smooth service delivery and accurate record-keeping.
- Provide administrative support to nurses, midwives, and medical staff.
- Manage data entry and reporting for ward/unit rosters.
- Maintain records for staff registrations and assist with patient care documentation.
- Perform general administrative tasks related to ward/unit meetings.
- Adapt to a dynamic environment and balance competing demands.

Selection Criteria:
- Holds or is willing to obtain a Certificate III in Health Administration or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills including accurate spelling, comprehension, and spoken word with the ability to deal confidently and courteously with people at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products and Pro Act rostering system.
- Ability to work under broad supervision and to undertake a diverse range of tasks as an effective member of a team in a high pressure, high volume work environment.
