Clinical Assistant - Eyecentric

About the Role: This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our optometrists in a clinical setting, with a strong focus on administrative and clinical support. Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct support to our Optometrist
Manage and schedule patient appointments efficiently
Assist with contact lens teaching and dry eye treatments (training will be provided)
General reception duties
Maintain organised and up-to-date patient records
Ensure smooth operation of the clinic's daily activities
Potential opportunity to manage and create content for the practice's social media accounts

This role is ideal if you are an optical assistant looking to elevate your skills and knowledge to the next level in the field of optometry.
Who You Are:

Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience in eye care, with an interest in contact lens management and dry eye treatments
Proficiency in administrative tasks and computer systems
Maintain a polished, professional demeanor and appearance at all times
Ability to work well in a team environment
Customer service oriented with a friendly and patient approach
Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation (desirable)
