The opportunity
NSW Health Infrastructure invites you to join our dynamic town planning team as a Planning Advisor, Post Approval, where you’ll play a vital role in supporting the delivery of state-of-the-art health facilities across NSW.
As a Planning Advisor, Post Approval, you will ensure that HI projects meet all post-approval statutory obligations and align with relevant government policy objectives. Your contributions will help our project teams deliver well-designed, sustainable and modern health facilities for communities across NSW
Your day-to-day will involve preparing accurate and timely post-approval documents, offering ongoing support and education to project teams and contractors, and maintaining essential compliance data for projects in construction. You’ll also liaise with key external stakeholders, including government agencies and local councils, to ensure all developments meet statutory approvals.
