About the Role The People & Culture Reporting and Analyst is responsible for managing HR systems, reporting and analytics. The purpose of the role is to provide a greater understanding of our workforce and the experience they have through people data. The role also supports and delivers HR projects as required. What you will be doing in this role:
Deliver accurate and timely BAU reporting
Prepare high quality reports and analysis as required, including visual dashboards
Identify data discrepancies and work with key stakeholders to address them
Coach stakeholders on how to understand the data and use it to support data driven decision making
Analyse and assess workforce data and identify patterns and trends to inform business decision making
Develop tools and resources that support stakeholders to address trends and insights
Partner with other departments to align data structures where possible and optimise data flow practices across departments
Manage workforce data integrity and accuracy across HR systems
Ensure HR systems and workflows are configured correctly and in compliance with company policies, government regulations and audit compliance
Contribute to technology solutions by providing input to business requirements gathering, process mapping and evaluation, systems testing and education and training of end users
Manage and drive continuous improvement of HR systems.
About You
Extensive experience using HR Systems
Demonstrated experience in reporting and data analytics
Strong experience using Tableau and Excel
Problem solving through analysis
Proven ability to develop pragmatic and well considered solutions
Knowledge of HR Operations and employee lifecycle
Stakeholder management at all levels
Ability to demonstrate attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure, with competing priorities
