About the Opportunity
Campbelltown Hospital is recruiting for an Administration Officer (Level 6) to complement and enhance the current Clinical Information Department.


What You'll be Doing
The Patient Administration System and Record Control Coordinator is responsible for actively managing all aspects of PAS/Scheduling and to supervise the Records Control section within the Clinical Information Department.

  • Demonstrated high level knowledge and experience with Cerner PAS, including PM and Scheduling.
  • Demonstrated experience in information systems training, support and developing training materials and manuals.
  • Demonstrated high level understanding of data integrity and analysis.
  • Proven advanced proficiency in using PC based software including Microsoft office suite and network based applications.
  • Demonstrated extensive experience within a clinical information department, with an understanding of NSW Department of Health confidentiality guidelines.
  • Demonstrated high level communication skills including well developed writing skills, interpersonal and liaison skills.
  • Demonstrated strong organisational and problem solving skills with the ability to be flexible and prioritise workloads to meet strict deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience to use initiative, work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
