Where you'll be working:

This role works within a small, supportive team dedicated to coordinating patient appointments with the Specialist Doctors.
With a proven ability of fast and accurate typing you will provide expert secretarial support to Specialist Doctors.

About the role:

As part of your role, you will be responsible for:

Making and rescheduling appointments
Obtaining information from the patients' GP
Typing the letters from the Specialist Doctor

On-the-job training will be provided for all required systems.

Our successful candidate will possess the following:

Excellent organisation skills, excellent customer service and confidentiality.
Good computer knowledge, knowledge of medical terminology and ability to type.
