Annual salary of $62,369.30 + Statutory Superannuation
Part-time Fixed term contact (0.6 – 0.8 FTE) until 30 June 2025

The Role
We are excited to invite applications for a Graduate level IT professional to join our Governance and Civic Affairs unit. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to, Service Desk Support, Training and End User Support.
The Helpdesk Officer will provide technical assistance, deliver professional and friendly IT customer service, training, and communication to both internal and external clients. The Helpdesk Officer is responsible for handling technical inquiries, service requests and communicating effectively via email,
face-to-face and phone.
About You
To be successful in this position you will be a proactive individual who has a passion to assist people and possess the following skills and experience:
- Good communication skills, face to face and over the phone.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to follow directions accurately and efficiently.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and autonomously.
- Knowledge of Microsoft and Windows desktop operating systems.
- Previous experience in a helpdesk role will be highly regarded but is not essential.
