Annual salary of $81,260.43 + Statutory Superannuation
Twelve (12) month fixed-term contract.
The City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters is an inner eastern metropolitan Council, nestled on the outskirts of the CBD. The area enjoys a reputation as one of Adelaide’s most desirable places to live, work, study, and visit.
This exciting role provides customer service, administration and client management, to support all venue hire activities.
The Role
Reporting to the Norwood Concert Hall Coordinator, during the 12-month contract, the Venue Hire Officer is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of online venue hire administrative systems and processes to enhance and maximise venue utilisation and streamline the booking process and customer experience.

To be successful in this position you will be a pro-active individual with the ability to connect with others, think innovatively and contribute to a positive workplace culture. You will possess the following skills and experience:
- Experience in delivery of high-level customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and using digital systems
- The ability to efficiently organise and prioritise venue administration tasks and set objectives within available resources.
- At least 2 years of experience in the same or similar government or financial role.
