Annual salary of $70,430 - $74,423 + Statutory Superannuation

This is a perfect opportunity for a proactive individual to join our City Services Unit ensuring the City’s infrastructure remains safe and functionable.
The Role
Reporting to the Leading Worker, Civil Maintenance the Team Member, Civil Maintenance plays a crucial role working on various tasks involved in the maintenance of the City’s roads, footpaths, drainage, street signage and furniture infrastructure and associated items.
About You
To be successful in this position you will be a proactive and motivated individual who possess the following skills and experience:
- A good understanding of best practices in civil works
- Hands on experience in civil works, construction, and maintenance of roads, footpaths and drainage systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork
- Car Licence & MR truck licence (essential)
- Work zone traffic management certificate (desirable)
- Trade certificate in a relevant field relevant (desirable)
Job Requirements
- National Criminal Record (Police) Clearance with no adverse findings
- Department of Human Services (DHS) Working With Children Clearance
- Be fit to undertake the inherent job requirements and the physical demands of the position
